Ron Gleason is Director of the Faulconer Scholarship Program. Prior to that, he served in various capacities for foundations and for corporate and non-profit arts organizations. Mr. Gleason attended the University of New Mexico.

LaToya Young is Assistant Director for the Faulconer Scholarship Program.  Born in Nacogdoches, Ms. Young was raised in Tyler before returning to Nacogdoches to attend Stephen F. Austin State University . There, she completed a B.B.A. degree in Management in just 3 ½ years while working to pay for her education. Following college, Ms. Young spent five years working for a national corporation in management level assignments.
