Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must live in the Tyler Junior College District which includes the Independent School Districts in Chapel Hill, Grand Saline, Lindale, Tyler, Van and Winona, Texas.
Must be a graduating senior.
Must have maintained a 2.5 GPA.
Must be African-American or Hispanic-American.
